This HAST KID Swimmer Shoutout goes to Nicholas Ries!

Nicholas worked SO hard to conquer his fear of diving off the blocks! He spent lots of time with Coach Mariah working on proper diving technique!
He recently mustered up the courage to push out of his comfort zone and tried some dives off the block and did awesome!

Now Nicholas gets super excited to show off his amazing new diving skills during practice!
